PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which appropriately limits execution of various kinds of functions. SOLUTION: A CPU refers to a "time management flag", and discriminates whether or not the "time management flag" is ON (S36). When the "time management flag" is OFF, it is possible that the set time of a time information output part is set by a general user, it is defined that there is the risk that it is not the managed accurate time, and the CPU stops the copying of a document original. Meanwhile, when the "time management flag" is ON, the CPU refers to an "administrator time setting execution flag" (S38). When the "administrator time setting execution flag" is OFF, an administrator has not executed the management setting of the set time of the time information output part even once, it is defined that there is the risk that it is not the managed accurate time, and the CPU stops the copying of the document original.
