PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot attachment structure capable of assuring stable sealing performance at low cost. SOLUTION: The boot attachment structure is for attaching, to a shaft 17 connected to the inner joint member of a constant speed universal joint 10, a resin-made constant speed universal joint boot 1 externally fitted into the shaft 17. The boot 1 includes a first cylindrical part 2a at the opening side externally fitted into the shaft 17, a second cylindrical part 2b disposed at the axially inner side than the first cylindrical part 2a, and externally fitted into the shaft 17, and a top part 2c disposed between the first cylindrical part and the second cylindrical part projecting toward the outer diameter side. The inner diameter of the second cylindrical part 2b of the boot 1 is equal to the outer diameter of a second cylindrical part corresponding part 21 of the shaft 17. The first cylindrical part 2a of the boot 1 is integrally joined in abutment with a first cylindrical part corresponding part 20 by heating of the first cylindrical part corresponding part 20 of the shaft 17 through laser irradiation from the outer diameter side to the first cylindrical part 2a.
