PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology related to a movable deck and a shield machine having the movable deck including a handrail hardly interfering with the turning range of an erector apparatus. SOLUTION: The movable deck 19 provided at the shield machine 1 is constituted to be deformable not to interfere with the erector apparatus 11 transporting segments 10 and to include the folding handrail 23 foldable by carrying out turning operation within a plane that intersects the advancing direction of the shield machine 1.
