PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel enhancing the rigidity of an upper panel with simple structure without causing poor appearance such as "molding sink" due to poor molding on the surface of the upper panel forming a design surface of the instrument panel. SOLUTION: On the back surface side of the upper panel 1, a lower panel 2 arranged to be opposed with a space and a sheet-like reinforce part 3 molded integrally with an integral hinge part 31 being interposed at the end of the lower panel are arranged. The upper panel 1 and the reinforce part 3 are fixed to each other by abutment of the distal end in the centrifugal direction of the reinforce part 3 that has rotated with the integral hinge part 31 as a fulcrum on the rear surface of the upper panel 1. The reinforce part 3 includes, on the base end side in the centripetal direction, an attitude keeping part 41 keeping the attitude of the reinforce part 3 staying on a fixed position by being supported by the lower panel 2.
