PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment that prevents detachment of a light-guide member even if applied with an external impact, while achieving the size reduction and thinning of the light-guide member. SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment is configured as follows. A flexible fixing part 318 of a mounting part allows one end of a second contacted part 452 of a mounted body 400 to be brought into contact therewith against elasticity. The flexible fixing part fixes a portion of the second contacted part 452 when the second contacted part 452 and a second contact part 325 are in a contact state. The mounted body 400 is configured such that a first contacted part 451 is in a contact state with a first contact part 321 when the second contacted part 452 and the second contact part 325 are in the contact state.
