<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade-proof clothing material with high stab resistance, which is excellent in blade-proof properties and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: Using a textile as a core material 1, a plurality of core materials 1 are laminated. With a sewing thread 5 with a thickness of 1-2.5 times relative to that of the fiber of the core material 1, and with a tensile strength of 12 g/d or more, they are sewn by a sewing machine at a sewing density of 60-200 pieces/cm<SP>2</SP>from a vertical direction relative to the surface direction of the laminated core materials. The sewing thread is intertwined at cross-points between fibers of the core materials from the vertical direction to bring the laminated core materials into a densely packed condition. Thus, the deviation or movement of a fiber structure, when stabbed, conventionally causing a decrease in stab-proof properties can be suppressed, and accordingly, the blade-proof clothing material 6 with the high stab resistance can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
