<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a psychological state detector easily making a driver grasp the stress situation of an occupant wearing a seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: This psychological state detector includes: a belt elongation and contraction detection section 1 detecting the elongation and contraction of the seat belt 20; a behavior detection sensor 30 detecting the behavior of a vehicle; a vehicle state detection section 4 estimating elongation and contraction of the seat belt 20 caused by the swinging of the occupant wearing the seat belt 20 due to the behavior of the vehicle based on the behavior detected by the behavior detection sensor 30; a calculation means calculating offset data obtained by offsetting estimated elongation and contraction data estimated by the vehicle state detection section 4 from detected elongation and contraction data actually detected by the belt elongation and contraction detection section 1; a stress situation determination section 5 determining the stress situation of the occupant wearing the seat belt 20 based on the calculated offset data; and a notification device 40 notifying the driver of the result of the stress situation determined by the stress situation determination section 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
