PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor capable of sharing a rivet and that does not require a spacer. SOLUTION: A motor rotor 85 includes a rotor core 86, a balancing member 87, a rivet 88, and a balancing member cover 91. The balancing member 87 has a rivet hole 92 that communicates with a rivet hole 89 of the rotor core 86. The balancing member 87 is provided on an end surface facing the axial direction of the rotor core 86. The balancing member 87 achieves balance during rotation of the overall rotation system including the rotor core 86. The rivet 88 fastens together the rotor core 86 and the balancing member 87. A section surrounding the rivet hole 92 on the side of the balancing member 87 with the lower weight is positioned at the same height in the axial direction as a section surrounding the rivet hole 92 on the side with the greater weight. The balancing member cover 91 is so fastened by the rivet 88 as to be in contact with the side surface of the section surrounding the rivet hole 92, and an outer circumferential edge thereof is bent towards the axial-direction rotor core side.
