PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting heat insulating material having high heat insulating performance and allowing ventilation as it is in an installed state. SOLUTION: This lighting heat insulating material has a structure constituted by a plurality of basic material films opposing to each other across a gas layer having thickness of 100μm-3 mm.
