<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket which retains liquid tightness between a gasket and an external cylinder of a syringe when an internal pressure of the syringe increases, a plunger with the syringe gasket, and a syringe. <P>SOLUTION: The plunger 1 with the syringe gasket is a cylindrical body with a closed distal end and an opened proximal end and is equipped with the syringe gasket 2 having a plunger attachment part 3 in the inside and the plunger 10 attached to and detached from the gasket 2. A diameter in the neighborhood of the part of the gasket 2 in contact with the external cylinder 56 is expanded because of the distal end part of the gasket 2 deformed backward when a pressure is applied to the distal end part. A contact part 15 which is separated from the inner surface 2a of the distal end part of the gasket 2 and makes a contact with the inner surface 2a of the distal end part of the gasket 2 when the distal end part 7 of the gasket 2 is deformed backward is provided at the distal end part 7 of the plunger 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
