PURPOSE: A toner including a polyester resin and fluorine polymer compound powder are provided to secure the high temperature fixation with the low molecular weight of a binding resin. CONSTITUTION: A toner contains a binder resin, organic powder, a coloring agent, and a charge control agent. The binder resin includes a polyester resin with the mass average molecular weight less than 50,000. The organic powder is a fluorine polymer compound with the average particle diameter of 0.1~0.5 micrometers. The fluorine polymer compound is formed by polymerizing more than two monomers selected from the group consisting of tetrafluoroethylene, vinyl fluoride, and 1,1-difluoro ethylene.
