<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the repair work for a punctured pneumatic tire, and to enable the sure injection of the sealant of a required quantity into the pneumatic tire in an inclined state of a device. <P>SOLUTION: When pressurized air is supplied to an air chamber 54, the inner volume of a liquid agent container 52 increases as the inner pressure of the air chamber 54 rises and the inner volume expands in a pumping-up device 30. By this, a sealant 100 of a quantity corresponding to the inner volume reduction of the liquid agent container 52 is compulsorily extruded from an output port 64 and the sealant 100 can be injected into a tire 90. Moreover, when the air chamber 54 expands until the sealant 100 of predetermined quantity is discharged from the inside of the liquid agent container 52, an air output port 64 is opened so as to face into the air chamber 54 and the air chamber 54 is communicated with the inside of a tire 90 in the pumping-up device 30.
