PURPOSE: A data synchronization system in a mobile terminal and a data synchronization method are provided to use a synchronized key number as a shortcut key in any terminal by synchronizing the key number allocated to the phone number registered at an address database according to a synchronization request. CONSTITUTION: According to a synchronization request, a number extraction unit(110) extracts a phone number registered at an address database. A key identification unit(130) identifies a key number set as a shortcut key for the extracted telephone number, and a data transmitting unit(140) records the key number to the phone number. The data transmission unit writes out a synchronization list, and transfers the synchronized list to first mobile terminal or a server in response to the synchronization request.
