A light source for a light fitting with a reflector, where the light source comprises a module (1; 4; 5) in the form of a box that comprises light-emitting diodes (LEDs) located under a disk (2; 7; 8) that is attached to the box, and which disk is provided with a fluorescent powder on its lower surface, which powder is arranged to fluoresce when it is illuminated by means of the light-emitting diodes. The invention is characterised in that the outer edge (9) of the said disk (2; 7; 8) is located at the same level as the one surface (12) of the surfaces of the module in which the disk is located. |
