An input device for current comparator circuit comprises first and second current sources, a feedback resistor, thirty four transistors, positive and negative power distribution buses, a zero bus, input and output buses. Additionally, thirty fifth, thirty sixth, thirty seventh, thirty eight transistors and a resistor are incorporated. A base and collector of nineteenth transistor are connected to base and collector of seventeenth transistor and collector of twenty third transistor. Emitters of nineteenth, thirty fifth, thirty eighth, thirty sixth transistors are connected to bases and collectors of thirty fifth, thirty seventh, thirty sixth and twentieth transistors correspondingly. Emitter of the twenty transistor is connected to base and collector of eighth transistor and collector of twenty fourth transistor. Emitter of thirty seven transistor is connected to base and collector of thirty eight transistor, as well as to second terminal of second feedback resistor and to first terminal of resistor. Second terminal of the resistor is connected to emitters of seventeenth and eighteenth transistors correspondingly, as well to the output bus. |
