<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing an integrated type thin film solar cell is provided to identically maintain the width of a groove for separating electrodes regardless of a polishing process by repairing the end of a worn blade. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an integrated type thin film solar cell includes a supporting unit, a scribing head(7), and a transferring unit. The supporting unit supports the substrate of a thin film solar cell(W). The scribing head supports a groove forming tool(8) using a pressurizing unit. The transferring unit transfers the substrate of the thin film solar cell and the scribing head.</p> |
