<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing 5'-inosinic acid using Corynebacterium sp. microorganism with 5'-inosinic acid productivity is provided to enhance endogenous expression level of gene encoding purine biosynthetase. CONSTITUTION: A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism which produces 5'-inosinic acid has endogenous expression level of gene encoding purine biosynthetase. The purine biosynthetase is a combination of phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate amido transferase, phosphoribosyl glycin amide formyl transferase, phosphoribosyl formylglysin amidine synthetase, phosphoribosyl formyl glycin amidine synthetase II, or inosinic cyclohydrolase with ribosephosphate pyrophosphokinase. The Corynebacterium sp. microorganism is Corynebactrium ammoniagenes CN01-0316(KCCM 10992P).</p> |
