The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for magnetic-abrasive machining planar surfaces including polyhedral removable plates, which are used with a cutting tool. A rotary machine for magnetic-abrasive machining comprises a frame, on which there are secured opposite each other a magnetic inductor and a rotor with their drives. The rotor is formed as a disk, on the end face of which along the circle through holes are made, whose shape corresponds to the shape of workpieces. On the machine frame there are located: a loading unit and an unloading unit of workpieces, which on the end face of the rotor form a loading zone and an unloading zone respectively. Under the rotor a stationary disk is located, in the end of which in the unloading zone a through hole is made which is connected to the cavity for machined workpieces. As working bodies of loading and unloading units pneumatic cylinders are used, whose piston rods have possibility to contact with the surface of workpieces. The axis of magnetic inductor is positioned with respect to the rotor axis with an offset. The invention provides an increase in machining capacity by 30-40 %. |
