According to the present invention, a measuring mark is formed on a dummy region having a seal line formed therein to detect a location and a width of the dummy region so as to detect a location and a width of the seal line in real time during a process. When a defect occurs in the seal line during a process, the process of a liquid crystal display device in which the defect occurs is stopped without performing following processes to minimize process delay and costs.
