PURPOSE: An electrolytic metal film manufacturing device, an insoluble metal electrode of thin film type used for the same, and an electrolytic metal film which is manufactured by the manufacturing device, are provided to consecutively manufacture an electrolytic metal film and to reduce the thickness non-uniformity of a width direction. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic metal film manufacturing device comprises a cathode and an insoluble anode. The electrolyte passes through the intervening space of the insoluble anode and cathode. The cathode relatively moves about the insoluble anode. The metal film is consecutively manufactured by precipitating electrolyze on deposited surface. A conductive electrode material coated layer(2) of a sheet-like refractory metal electrode(1) has a conductive electrode material clearance region(4) of stripe type of a vertical direction about the traveling direction of cathode.
