FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: grease collector in sewage water treatment system comprises embedded barrier structure of cylindrical shape with cover and nozzles of pipelines for supply of floating substances with sewage water and drain of settled sewage water. Besides grease collector is additionally equipped with cylindrical lattice wall submerged into inner space and following shape of barrier structure, with cell of 20ù20 - 30ù30 mm, height of 0.8-0.9 of height from upper edge of grease collector to upper edge of nozzle in pipeline, which supplies floating substances into grease collector together with sewage water, and its upper part is fixed along perimetre of inner surface of cover with the help of pad. In the centre of cover at the side of inner volume of grease collector there is a bushing installed with diametre of 40-50 mm and height of 0.15-0.25 of grease collector cover diametre, through which at least two tensioning straps are pulled with the possibility of reciprocal motion, being fixed to ring arranged on external surface of cover, and their second ends are connected to tensioning cord freely passed through tensioning rings connected to lower edge of lattice wall and arranged evenly along its perimetre. Besides lower edge of lattice with tensioning rings and tensioning cord is connected to fixators of lattice wall. At the same time in areas of fixators installation in cover of grease collector there are cuts provided, and mount ledges are made on diametrically opposite sides of cover. ^ EFFECT: device universality and reliability. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
