FIELD: textile industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed jersey device to manufacture double-sided textile comprises two external sections of warp (1, 2) bound and connected to each other by means of binding thread (4), two groups of movable needles (6) arranged in needle case (5) and moving along rectangular trajectory in according plane (P1, P2), facilities for displacement of needles (9), facilities for feed of jersey threads (11, 12). Positions of hook (7) in needle (6) of at least one according group between its knitting position and its binding position are arranged along both sides of direction (D) between two planes (P1, P2). Besides needle (6) travel between its off-take position and its binding position is less than travel of needle (6) between its off-take position and its binding position. Jersey device may be both of rectangular or circular type. ^ EFFECT: proposed jersey device provides for development of technical double-face fabrics with thickness of more than 10 mm at optimal rate of production. ^ 14 cl, 6 dwg |
