FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of multilayer building block includes capsulation of filler with binder, supplying capsules into mould with subsequent hardening. Prior to pouring of filler, for instance haydite, it is previously screened into fractions of 0.8-3 mm, 1-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 8-12 mm, 10-16 mm, cement adhesive composition is prepared of cement, PVA and water or cement, superplasticiser, latex powder and water, then filler is mixed with cement adhesive composition. Filler is laid in layers by fractions, for lower and upper layer. Fine fractions of filler, 0.8-3 mm or 1-5 mm are used, for middle layer filler of larger fraction, 5-10 mm or 8-12 mm or 10-16 mm is used. Lower and upper layers may be finished decoratively, and layers are laid serially and continuously, layers laid into mould are protected against heat losses by heat insulation material. ^ EFFECT: improved thermal and structural properties of manufactured items. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl |
