<p>The method involves placing a leaf in closed position and maintaining the leaf in the closed position. A sealing orifice is pierced in a support e.g. wall, by a test gauge. An expansion dowel is inserted in the orifice, and a monoblock hinge comprising an anti-rotation unit (7) that is in the shape of toothed wheel, is placed across a strap hinge of the leaf. The location of the monoblock hinge is maintained in place by a fixation device. A threaded sealing rod (1) is placed across the hinge, and the threaded rod is screwed in the expansion dowel. An independent claim is also included for a hinge for implementing a leaf positioning method, comprising a sharp part for engaging a hollow part of the hinge of the leaf.</p> |
