PURPOSE: A multi-purpose cell phone charging holder, providing an eco-drive service, is provided to provide a user a safe driving guidance service from an electronic control unit of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose cell phone charging holder, providing an eco-drive service, supports a user an eco-drive service by receiving information about a vehicle from an OBDII connector(140) of the vehicle. A cell phone charging holder has a battery charger for cellular phone using the power supported from the OBDII connector. The cell phone charging holder has an eco-drive service, battery charging, a hands-free and external device electric power supply utility functions.
