PURPOSE: A flange assembly for connecting pipes which can combine a device sensitive to heat with pipeline without welding is provided to connect pipes regardless of an installation space by rotating a flange to accord with a jointing hole. CONSTITUTION: A flange assembly for connecting pipes comprises a plate-shaped flange(110), a fastener(120) and a fixing plate(140). The flange has a hollow portion and a plurality of joint holes(112). The fastener has first and second diameter parts(120a,120b). The first diameter portion is inserted in the hollow of flange. The second diameter portion is connected to the pipeline. The fixing plate is combined in the end part of the first diameter part of the fastener. The fixing plate prevents the flange from being separated from the first diameter part.
