The float has a collective or individual usage type user vehicle (VUi) equipped with a measuring unit (C) for measuring quantity of compressed air in a tank (R) and producing a signal representing the quantity. A determination unit (P) determines geographical localization of the user vehicle. A tanker vehicle (VR1) i.e. small truck, is equipped with a reception/emission unit (R/E) for receiving information related to geographical position and the quantity of compressed air in the tank of the user vehicle for refueling of the compressed air to the tank of the user vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementation of a motor vehicle fleet.
