PURPOSE: A microbalance sensor having E. tarda antibody and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to conveniently and accurately measure E. tarda antigen mass. CONSTITUTION: A microbalance sensor(100) comprises: a quartz crystal plate(110) which is vibrated by voltage; a metal plate(120,130) which is placed at the upper part and lower part of the quartz crystal plate and in which voltage is formed; a self-assembled monolayer(140) which is formed at the one of upper part among the metal plates; a receiving layer(150) which is bound to E. tarda antigen.
