PURPOSE: A rinse supplier and a dish washer therewith are provided to automatically and periodically supply the fixed amount of a rinse stored in a rinse storage unit to a washing tub. CONSTITUTION: A dish washer with a rinse supplier comprises a rinse storage unit(122), a unit compartment, a washing water moving unit(124), and a check valve(140). The rinse storage unit is formed inside the dish washer and discharges the fixed amount of a rinse. The unit compartment is connected to the bottom of the rinse storage unit and supplies the rinse to the washing tub(104). The washing water moving unit is located in the bottom of the unit compartment and periodically supplies the rinse. The check valve selectively opens and closes an inlet(152) and an outlet(154) formed in the unit compartment.
