PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer having an aramid structure and an imide structure, and an application thereof are provided to improve the workability of the polymer by dissolving the polymer to a general organic solvent instead of sulfuric acid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer comprises a step of forming a block copolymer or a random copolymer formed with more than three components. A manufacturing method of the block copolymer comprises the following steps: forming a pre-polymer A including amine or a dianhydride end, or forming a pre-plolymer B including the amine or a carbonyl end; and reacting the pre-polymer A with aromatic diamine, and an aromatic dicarbonyl compound, or reacting the pre-polymer B with a diamine compound or dianhydride.
