PURPOSE: Clutch disc assembly is provided to reduce the vibration/noise during running by the clear realizing of the negative fine hysteresis and at least the double increasing of the positive hysteresis. CONSTITUTION: Clutch disc assembly comprises a clutch contact unit, a disc plate(20), a sub plate(30), a hub(10), a hub plate(40) and torsion springs(90,100). The clutch contact unit receives the torque by the frictional contact. The disc plate and the sub plate are connected to the clutch contact unit to receive the torque. The hub plate is arranged between the disc plate and the sub plate. On the hub plate, a second slit(40a) corresponding to first slits formed on the disc plate and the sub plate is formed. The torsion springs are inserted into the slits formed on the disc plate, the sub plate and the hub plate.
