PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sulfoneamide compound, and a manufacturing method of a colored composition are provided to reduce the generation of foreign substances, and to form the colored composition including a soluble or insoluble component pigment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sulfoneamide compound comprises the following steps: sulfone amidizing a compound including -SO3- or -SO3H; washing the outcome from the previous step with an acidic solution or water; and drying the outcome from the previous step to obtain the sulfoneamide compound. The acidic solution has the pH less than 5.
