PURPOSE: An electronic control apparatus is provided to help a user to attach a cover to a housing by inserting a protrusion to a hole of housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing of an insulating resin includes an opening at both sides. A heat sink is attached to one side of the housing. A power device is installed in the heat sink. A circuit board is opposite to the heat sink. An electronic circuit including a control circuit controlling the power device is formed on a circuit board. The cover(7) of the insulated resin is attached to the other side of the housing.
