PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of fabricating the same are provided to minimize soldering since soldering around a hole of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery and manufacturing method thereof includes a substrate, a back side electrode, a light absorption layer, a buffer layer, a top electrode. The substrate comprises a cell region and a peripheral region. The back side electrode, the light absorption layer, and the buffer layer are successively arranged on the cell region of the substrate. The top electrode is arranged on the cell region on the buffer layer and the peripheral region. The top electrode which is formed on the cell region is extended to peripheral region. |
