PURPOSE: A method for selectively processing an insulation layer is provided to prevent the misalignment of an inkjet printing by selectively irradiating ultraviolet rays on a channel area of the insulation layer to become hydrophilic. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). An insulation layer(120) is formed on the substrate including the electrode. The channel area of the insulation layer becomes hydrophilic by selectively irradiating ultraviolet rays. A channel layer is formed on the channel area by using an inkjet printing method.
