PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of covering a body to be held without impairing any operability of the body to be held even when the body to be held is held by the holder. SOLUTION: The holder includes a lid part 10 and a receiving part 20 for receiving the lid part 10. The lid part 10 includes a first frame body 12, and an expandable and transparent first sheet 14 affixed to one side of the first frame body 12. The receiving part 20 includes a second frame body 22, and an expandable and transparent second sheet 24 affixed so as to turn around from one side of the second frame body 22 to the other side thereof.
