PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crease prevention device which can prevent a long object from being folded and creased by roller members transferring the long object even if the long object such as continuous paper is warped, and an image forming device using the same. SOLUTION: The crease prevention device of the long object is structured so as to have transfer rollers transferring the long object with the long object wound around at prescribed angles, a concentrated load application member provided in a position close to the transfer rollers and at least in either the upstream side vicinity or the downstream side vicinity along the long object transfer direction of the transfer rollers, and applying a load uniformly for the width direction of the long object and concentrically in a direction at right angles with respect to of the long object for the transfer direction of the long object.
