<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a transmission power capable of reducing a wireless interference to a terminal device loaded on a vehicle in a periphery except a communication party, and to provide a wireless communication system. <P>SOLUTION: In a wireless communication between at least two mobile terminal devices, one terminal device receiving a beacon as a wireless signal transmitted by a known power from the other terminal device measures the receiving power when receiving the beacon. In the wireless communication between at least two terminal devices, the measured value is related to the terminal device as a transmission source for the beacon and conserved and furthermore the measured value of the receiving power conserved every time the beacon is received from the terminal device is updated.
