PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the collision risk of an object with no costs. SOLUTION: A collision risk degree estimating device includes a moving object intent predicting part 31 which stores: a passing point database defining for each object a plurality of candidates of passing points where the object passes by and conditions for each candidate to be the passing point; and an end point database defining for each object a plurality of candidates of end points when the object moves and conditions for each candidate to be the end points. The moving object intent predicting part 31 refers to the recognition result of an object state recognition part 23 and each database and predicts the passing points and end points of a vehicle and each object.
