<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a cylindrical member by which it is maintained that a resin film can easily be removed from a core body over longer period than the case without having this configuration. <P>SOLUTION: According to the device 10 for manufacturing a cylindrical member, when deterioration of mold-releasing of an area continuous from the film-forming target area of a coated film 52A in both ends of the peripheral surface of a core body 50 in an axial direction is determined, a film forming part 24 is controlled so that the mold-releasing non-deteriorated area of the peripheral surface of the core body 50 is exposed to both ends in the axial direction to form a coated film 52A. Thus, the coated film 52A is formed on the peripheral surface of the core body 50 so as to set a state where the non-deteriorated area is exposed to both ends of the core body 50 in the axial direction, and it is maintained that the baked coated film 52A is easily be removed from the core body 50 for a long period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
