PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a vinyl chloride binder and a vinyl acetate hot-melt agent by other materials without deteriorating elevated-temperature strength and flame retardancy or lowering ignition temperature.
SOLUTION: The hot-melt coated inorganic paper for a heat-resistant corrugated tube for automobile is produced by coating an inorganic paper with a hot-melt agent. The inorganic paper is a sheet material obtained by supporting and fixing 2-30 wt.% of an organic pulp, 3-30 wt.% of an organic fiber, 0.5-15 wt.% of an inorganic fiber, 20-75 wt.% of inorganic powder containing 20 wt.% or more of aluminum hydroxide based on the total powder, and 3-15 wt.% of a binder resin composed of a polyacrylic acid ester, a urethane, or a polyester to the sheet. The hot-melt agent of the hot-melt coated inorganic paper is an acrylic, a urethane, or a polyester hot-melt agent.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
