PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent possible missing of commands or others without considering the output timing of the commands in a game machine which has a bidirectional serial communication between a board and a putout control board. SOLUTION: A microcomputer for game control and a microcomputer for putout control transmit or receive in a serial communication signals (prize ball request signal as connection checking command and reception ACK signal as connection OK command) therebetween per a prescribed cycle (1s). When a prescribed error (prize ball error, full tank error or ball exhaustion error) occurs to disable the putting out of prize balls, the microcomputer for putout control sets a data indicating ongoing preparation for the putting out of the prize balls by changing the upper 4 bits of the reception ACK signal, sets a data that allows the specification of the prescribed error by changing the lower 4 bits of the reception ACK signal and then, transmits the reception ACK signals set.
