PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound signal transmitter that has a small number of parts and can be configured by a simplified circuit, and can transmit and receive a plurality of musical sound signals via one signal route, and to provide a musical sound signal receiver. SOLUTION: A plurality of analog musical sound signals inputted from electronic musical instrument or the like is converted into one-bit digital signals by one-bit A/D converters 1L and 1R, and the respective one-bit digital signals are weighted and added by weighting sections 2L and 2R and are output from an output section 3. At the same, the weighted and added signal received by a reception section 4 is separated and converted into a one-bit digital signal by a separation section 5, and is demodulated into an analog signal by a D/A converter 6.
