<p>PURPOSE: An elastic particle is provided to economically manufacture an elastic road paving particle and an artificial turf filler using a simple facility without the high energy. CONSTITUTION: An elastic particle is formed with a core and a coating agent. The core is selected from the group consisting of inorganic raw material particles including silica, silicon dioxide powder, and a rock crushed material. The coating agent is an elastic organic resin. The organic resin is a mixture of compounds selected from the group consisting of urethane, epoxy, silicon, latex, acryl, natural rubber, and synthetic rubber.</p> |
