<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and favorably observe a three-dimensional OCT image. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic observation device is provided with a memory means to store three-dimensional images of an examinee's eye at a specific location obtained by an optical coherence tomographic gauge for ophthalmology, a monitor, a display control part to control a display screen of the monitor, and an operation input part operated by an examiner. The display control part displays a pseudo-stereo image of the eye at the specific location based on the three-dimensional image stored in the memory means on the screen of the monitor, and changes a display angle of the stereo image based on an operation signal output from the operation input part.
