PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing resin composition which can be cured to provide a cured film that is simultaneously furnished with flexibility, elongation at break, mechanical strength, and contamination resistance. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curing resin composition comprises at least (a-1) a polyisocyanate, (a-2) a low molecular weight polyol having an alicyclic structure and a number-average molecular weight of 500 or less, and (a-3) a urethane (meth)acrylate base oligomer (A) that is a reaction product of hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, wherein the composition has a molecular weight between crosslinks of 1,000-6,000.
