<p>The mortar processing and conveying machine has a three-phase asynchronous motor which is operated only at power mains. A polarity reverser is provided for reversing the motor polarity between star and delta as starting aid and for permanent operation. A frequency converter is provided, so that the machine is operated alternative to the operation on three-phase power mains and also on single-phase low-voltage source with load lying under the nominal rating of the motor. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a mortar processing machine at single-phase alternating current and three-phase alternating current.</p> |
