PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, which enables an increase in the number of postings to a bulletin board site of a purpose-limited electronic bulletin system, and also an increase in the number of Web site visitors to a bulletin board site of a contributor-specific general-purpose electronic bulletin board system without needing any advertisement cost. SOLUTION: The electronic bulletin board server 200 includes: a receiving section 211 for receiving posting data from a terminal 100; a storage section 220 for storing electronic bulletin board data by users and transmission destination information on each electronic bulletin board managed by another server 300 allowing multiposting; a posted-content registering section 212 for registering the content of the received posting data in the electronic bulletin board data corresponding to the contributor; and a posted data transmitting section 213 for creating posted data including the content of the received posting data and access information on the access to the electronic bulletin board corresponding to the contributor, acquiring transmission destination information corresponding to identification information included in the posting data from the storage section 220, and transmitting the posted data to the transmission destination corresponding to the acquired transmission destination information.
