<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that excellently secures performance. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a sensor substrate provided with a detection portion which detects light and first wiring electrically connected to the detection portion, and a support substrate coming into contact with a principal surface of the sensor substrate on the opposite side from the detection portion, and provided with second wiring, and is provided with a connection portion interposed between the sensor substrate and support substrate, the connection portion including a connection body having an inner wall surface communicating with a junction surface with which the sensor substrate and support substrate come into contact and spread toward the junction surface as a principal surface of one of the sensor substrate and support substrate retracts, and connecting the first wiring and the second wiring to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
