<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book return operation support system that facilitates finely tuned and flexible return operation management. <P>SOLUTION: The system supports the return operation of books using a computer in a book store. The system includes: a book master 7 in which book identification data and publishing company data are registered; a priority distribution book master 8 in which books to be distributed with priority are registered; a return regulation publishing company master 9 in which publishing companies as the object of return regulations are registered; a return regulation book master 10 in which books as the object of return regulation are registered; and a book return operation support program 6 for making a computer 2 function as the book return operation support system, and the book return operation support program 6 includes a return regulation publishing company registration function for operating the data of the return regulation publishing company master 8 and a return regulation book registration function for operating the data of the return regulation book master 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
